I have been working with CPM for 2 years. Julie Sylvestre and the staff at CPM were very helpful to me in setting up my solo practice 2 years ago after 18 years with a large group. Especially helpful was a resource book of preferred vendors that CPM provided which was essentially a step-by-step guide on what was needed to set up an office and who to call for IT, phone systems, etc. I continue to use CPM for billing, my electronic health record, and recommendations for practice management, including human resources consultation. The billing department is very helpful and has done an excellent job with collections of payments, and the staff at CPM is also very responsive with any EHR questions. I highly recommend CPM.

CPM provides medical billing for us to all our insurance carriers including billing direct pay patients and sending out monthly statements. CPM provided training on l turning over to electronic health records which they implemented for our practice with great success. CPM is a very professional company, very informative, response time with problems, questions or help is within 24hrs, if not sooner. Staff is very pleasant and easy to work with.
